• You bring deep technical knowledge — ideally with experience across service architecture, search systems, or knowledge bases.
• You’re energised by leading through change and ambiguity, and shaping team direction collaboratively • You care deeply about growing people, fostering a high-performing team culture, and building inclusive environments
