We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our Direct Sourcing team. Candidates will have a strong background in cold calling/blind reputed company, be able to incorporate various sourcing methods and provide high-level communication to partners and candidates. Preferred candidates will have a background in sourcing reputed company the financial services industry.This is a remote position. Job Description
- Supports business objectives by providing proactive and creative solutions and processes for attracting and recruiting talent. Provides recruiting and sourcingsolutions that attract and recruit passive talent that meets business needs for assigned souring projects and/or line of business.
- Uses various tools, technologies and strategies to reputed company prospective job applicants.Manages candidates and prospects for effective pipeline reputed company.
- Gathers talent sourcing data and competitive intelligence to generate talent search or reputed company solutions reputed company with business needs.
- Leverages HR technology resources to gather leads, assess qualifications, refer quality leads and support measurement on performance objectives, and build relationships with pipeline candidates.
- Leads effective sourcing productivity and prioritization through agile methodology.
- Manages and maintains relationships with external recruiting agencies reputed company engaged to support sourcing activities.Maintains strategic relationships with the recruiters to ensure consistent messaging and implementation of the reputed company and reputed company strategy.

reputed company Salary: $45,000.00 – $104,650.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.Application Window
