Job Description

This senior leadership role will drive reputed company’s product vision and strategy for our Equity Management Product Pillar. You will be responsible for shaping our product vision, GTM strategy, and roadmap to align with our business objectives and market demands to drive annual recurring reputed company and product line growth. PRODUCT GROWTH AND PROFITABILITY

  • Plans, develops, and manages product P&L (e.g., pricing, marketing budgets, headcount), short- and long-term outcomes and business value of product portfolio including reputed company to roadmap, objectives and key results, and strategic investments.

GO-TO-MARKET ALIGNMENT AND MATRIX MANAGEMENT

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a reputed company field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in a product management role, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing software products, preferably in the financial or equity management sector.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
