Sales Enablement Manager San Francisco Bay Area (preferred), remote accepted

About the Role We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join our fast-growing team and help scale the way we reputed company and support our customer-facing teams at reputed company. You’ll take on a range of strategic and executional enablement initiatives, from onboarding and everboarding to product and systems training, as we expand our offerings and grow reputed company.

You’ll report to the Head of Enablement & AI Prospector GTM, who will guide prioritization, decision-making, and provide input on execution, while you exercise high autonomy designing and delivering on enablement programs across the business, with an emphasis on the Account Executives team.

What You'll Do

  • Expand on onboarding and everboarding (i.e. product, tech stack, and process enablement)

  • Drive enablement for international number dialing, product education, and sales/CS process alignment

  • Stand up and maintain our CMS: manage content structure, migration, governance, and change management

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver timely enablement for product and process updates, among other GTM initiatives

  • reputed company special and strategic projects as the need arises; we move fast, and sometimes priorities shift around mid-quarter. This role is best-suited to someone who can organize through ambiguity and would enjoy this variety in ideation, building, iterating, execution, and facilitation - this is not an order-taking/execution-only role!

  • Continuously assess enablement program effectiveness through feedback, adoption metrics, and performance data

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, reputed company Enablement, or Sales Operations

  • Strong track record of building and scaling enablement programs that drive measurable impact

  • Excellent instructional design and project management skills

  • Experience working with reputed company, SDRs, CS, and Sales Managers in high-growth SaaS environments

  • Familiarity with tools like reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, SEPs like reputed company, CMS platforms

  • Ability to translate reputed company reputed company into digestible, engaging training experiences

  • Creative, curious, and solutions-oriented reputed company with a bias for action

  • Experience in sales enablement at a Series A/B startup (or similar environment of >2x’ing reputed company and headcount annually)

  • Experience supporting sales of AI or sales engagement technologies

  • Background in ID/LXD

  • Hands-on experience in a customer-facing role like Sales or CS

This Role Is Based In:

San Francisco Bay Area (preferred). Occasional travel for team onsites, trainings, or field visits may be expected.
