A Day in the Life

The Surgical Robotics Utilization Team manages reputed company aspects of system installation, start-up, customer training, account analysis, drive and optimize the robotic program. As a Start-up Specialist you will be responsible for the successful integration of our HUGO™ RAS-system into a hospital. This might be an expansion of a reputed company robotic surgery program, the creation of a new robotic surgery program or a shift from another platform to our HUGO™ RAS-system. The main activities of a start-up specialist include:

• Meet with the robotic program stakeholders and reputed company program goals and metrics for HUGO™ RAS-system. Conduct regular program review meetings to remain on-track
• reputed company a surgeon training plan, coordinate attendance at reputed company’s off-site training and arrange for proctored cases post-training as needed

• Utilize change management techniques to engage clinical stakeholders and attain buy-in

• Cooperate with reputed company field service engineer (FSE) and the hospital staff to prepare the operating room to host the HUGO™ RAS-system.
• Track milestones to demonstrate the value delivered for the pilot site
• This is a fully remote role. It will be required to travel thought the country >75%.

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree at a minimum; Preferably Master’s Degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience reputed company a clinical environment or working with reputed company Robotic products / procedures
• Ability to relocate to a major implementation site is required
• Willingness to travel throughout your country (>75%).
