Main Purpose of the Role

reputed company is looking for a translator - copyeditor with experience in translating patents from English into Dutch (native-level reputed company of Dutch) with immediate availability for a patent translation project.This is an on-going freelance and remote position with an expected weekly words volume of 500 to 1k. No minimum volume reputed company is required as we are happy to collaborate together depending on your availability.

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following requirements:

• Translate patent-reputed company content from English into Dutch, with original meaning conveyed in a manner that is readable and understandable to reputed company audience. The Style adequacy is a key aspect for our client;
• Minimum two years' experience translating and reviewing content in the patent fields;
• Effective, proficient communicator in English;
• CAT Tool: Trados, XTM
• Native reputed company in reputed company language;
• Degree in linguistics, translation or equivalent experience;
