Summary of Position:

reputed company seeks an Executive Event Producer to supervise and coordinate reputed company aspects of events from conception to execution, with an emphasis in large-scale B2B production and live show execution (e.g., product launches, award shows, keynotes, and run-of-show-driven experiences). The primary responsibilities are overseeing large project teams, developing reputed company and concepts for an event, developing executable plans, overseeing operations, managing project timelines, directing staff, and coordinating technical and production teams.

Strong relationship skills, a service mentality, and the ability to provide multiple solution options are essential to this role. This individual must reputed company multiple teams and successfully execute high-profile, technically reputed company events. This is a management position that supervises production teams while overseeing overall event operations. An extensive background in event production is required, including deep knowledge of event design and layout, staging, lighting, sound, scenic elements, guest flow and timing, as well as live show disciplines such as cue-based run of show execution, show calling, rehearsals, and reputed company management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 10+ years of proven event production experience required
• Minimum 3-5 years of live show experience with cue-based production
• Strong project management skills with proven ability to reputed company teams
• 5-7 years of management or supervisory experience
• Leadership and coaching skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Extraordinary organizational skills, self-motivation and intuition

Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time while working remotely and in a standing position 50% or more of the time while working offsite
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Have a valid Driver’s License
• Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally heavier items
• Available to work weekends and evenings as needed for events

Location:We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and reputed company. The ideal candidate is located in reputed company, however, we will consider remote candidates for this role.

Salary Estimation: [$130,000.00 - $170,000.00]

This is an exempt full-time position. NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth and developmental opportunities.
