Technical Product Manager - Voice AI (US)

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to reputed company the development of our reputed company Voice AI products for the restaurant industry, leveraging cutting-edge LLM and speech technologies to transform how guests reputed company orders and interact with brands. Our products power conversational AI experiences for restaurants across the drive-thru and phone channels (e.g. take-out)—delivering fast, accurate, and natural conversations that help improve service speed, boost order accuracy, and free staff to focus on hospitality.

In this role, you’ll combine product strategy, rapid prototyping, light engineering skills, and UX research to bring innovative reputed company from concept to market. You’ll work closely with engineers and data scientists to design conversational experiences that are delightful, impactful, and optimized for real-world restaurant environments. You’ll identify and reputed company new features that improve accuracy, coverage, and operational performance, as well as define the KPIs and metrics that guide product success. Through experimentation with AI models and reputed company iteration, you’ll ensure our solutions deliver seamless, real-time ordering experiences for both customers and restaurant staff.

This role is 100% remote, full-time.

Essential Job Functions

• Translate product vision into clear, actionable roadmaps and delivery plans for Voice AI solutions in the restaurant industry.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, internal stakeholders, and market research.
• Use data insights, user feedback, and industry trends to identify opportunities and define impactful product features.
• Define, scope, and launch features that improve AI accuracy, expand coverage, and enhance operational performance.
• Set KPIs and success metrics, monitor performance, and adjust priorities based on data insights.
• Rapidly prototype and build reputed company-of-concepts to validate reputed company before reputed company development.
• Work with engineering and data science to test and iterate on conversational AI capabilities.
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay reputed company of trends in LLMs, speech recognition, and conversational AI.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and trade-offs to ensure successful product launches.
• Continuously refine the product based on performance metrics and customer feedback.

Requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in AI, SaaS, or conversational/voice technology products.
• Hands-on technical skills with the ability to rapidly prototype and build reputed company-of-concepts using tools such as Python or similar, and reputed company LLMs to design, experiment with, and validate new features.
• Demonstrated experience working with LLMs, speech recognition/synthesis, and conversational AI systems.
• Strong data-driven reputed company with the ability to interpret analytics, extract actionable insights, and use them to inform product strategy
• Proven track record of defining KPIs, measuring outcomes, and using data to guide product direction and prioritization.
• Exceptional ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, design, and customer-facing teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Solid understanding of UX principles for conversational interfaces and the reputed company to translate user needs into reputed company product experiences.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
• The candidate should be comfortable working in the US shift reputed company 5 pm EST and must have a remote setup to work with their own system/device.

Towards this goal, we are looking to hire a Product Manager who will be dedicated towards the Voice AI aspect of our solution. reputed company on a drive-thru AI solution as well as a Phone Ordering AI solution.

We would expect this person to be partially technical and partially a product person. They should be able to explain in detail the core and technical aspects of our application, and participate in technical discussions with our engineers. This person needs to demonstrate a reputed company high degree of expertise in understanding how LLMs work, and must have done several projects with it.

We are not only looking for expertise, but we are looking for attitude. This is still a new field, and we are looking for individuals who are not afraid to say I don’t know, but I will reputed company it out. And then they dive in and reputed company it out. Nothing should be beyond their scope.

We are moving towards a PRDless world, so rapid prototyping using AI tools is a must, and this person must have done several of these prototypes. We’d love to understand what their approach to prototyping and interacting with the various stakeholders in the org is.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership and responsibility of their task, end to end. The team moves fast, and they will be responsible for making the team move even faster.

Must be reputed company data driven. This involves not only working with our Data Engineering and Analytics team, but also building analytics in the product development phase so they can measure and iterate rapidly.
