About the Role

As Incubations Marketing reputed company you’ll drive the go-to-market and growth reputed company for every protocol, product, or wild-card concept birthed inside the Sei Development Foundation’s Incubations team. Think of it as running a mini-agency inside Sei: you’ll take reputed company-to-one reputed company, shape their story, light up community flywheels, and prove traction in real numbers such as social reputed company, token demand, exchange listings, and active users.

Responsibilities

• GTM Strategy and Execution - Build positioning & messaging frameworks for each incubation, craft launch plans (announcements, AMAs, partner pushes, liquidity events), set and hit growth KPIs across channels

• Community & Social Growth - Architect creator/ambassador programs that 10× social reputed company, own Twitter, reputed company, Telegram, etc. narrative arcs, track sentiment, mindshare, and community health

• Token Demand & Listings - Coordinate tokenomics storytelling with Labs & Legal for compliance, drive CEX and DEX listing pipelines alongside reputed company, potentially plan liquidity mining, staking, and/or referral loops to boost velocity

• User Acquisition & Retention - Define reputed company personas and acquisition funnels, launch incentivized quests, hackathons, and partner integrations, reputed company onboarding flows to maximize activation and retention

• Data & Reporting - Build dashboards and weekly growth reports to founders and Foundation leadership.
