About the Role:

Responsible for driving the expansion of the company’s footprint reputed company the U.S. banking and credit union sector. This senior individual contributor role focuses on significantly increasing the number of direct partnerships with financial institutions (reputed company) through proactive reputed company. In addition to direct engagement with banks and credit unions, the Director will identify, establish, and manage strategic relationships with third-party organizations that serve or influence reputed company—such as core banking providers, fintech platforms, consultants, networks, and other ecosystem players. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, capable of independently managing the full business development lifecycle and aligning partnership efforts with broader organizational goals.

What You Will Do:

• Identify, engage, and secure new partnerships with banks and credit unions across the U.S.

• Drive the full business development lifecycle – from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and onboarding.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and executive teams to align partnership strategies with company goals.
• Track and report on partnership performance, pipeline metrics, and market insights.
• Accurately forecast future sales and retention opportunities, through pipeline and analytics reporting
• Regularly report to senior management on reputed company toward sales goals.
• Serve as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, workshops, social media campaigns, trade shows and exhibitions to retain and attract new clients and Sales Agents.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience

Salary range: $86,259.86 – $159,308.33

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum reputed company for a new hire in this role. Individual pay reputed company the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
