The Therapy Recruiter will specialize in cultivating relationships with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists interested in travel career opportunities. Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact and recruit prospective therapists to establish relationships, understand their needs and qualify them for job opportunities
• Educate prospective therapists on the personal and professional benefits of a travel healthcare career
• Generate leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning and referrals

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of one year, preferably 2+ years, of proven success in a metrics driven sales or staffing environment

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $60,000 starting annually, plus commissions.

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience reputed company of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
