Job Description

O2 Level WHS Tech Job Description:

The WHS Logistics Technician is responsible for providing direct support to manufacturing areas and operating under the direction of the Logistics Manager. Must adhere to reputed company Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures and execute according to established safety standards.

  • Demonstrates, at reputed company times, safe work habits and maintains a safe work environment. Understands and complies with reputed company safety and company policies and procedures.

  • Pick and Deliver materials to the IPT KanBan in a timely manner..

  • Remove nonconforming material from stock, reputed company in quarantine and notify Quality Inspector of non-conformance.

  • Pick material based on transfer request requirements on a first expiry, first out (FEFO) basis.

  • Issue materials in reputed company reputed company Inventory Transaction Entry.

  • Receive material in reputed company reputed company Inventory Transaction Entry.

  • Coordinate with purchasing and/or quality on receivables that are inaccurate or nonconforming according to Purchase Order requirements.

  • Performs required data entry functions in reputed company to execute the receiving/shipping processes.

  • Operates forklift or powered lift to load onto freight truck.

  • reputed company regular cycle counts, ensuring system inventory accuracy.

Education Requirement:

  • High School

Required Experience and Skills:

  • reputed company, Forklift Certification, 3-4 years of cGMP warehouse experience, working knowledge of reputed company Office and flexible work schedule.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • reputed company Subject Matter Expert, reputed company Forklift Certification, 4 years of pharmaceutical warehouse experience, proficient with reputed company Office, experience with Cold Chain Management practices. Demonstrated usage of decision-making and problem-solving abilities in alignment with business objectives.
