As a Senior Value Consultant, you will be responsible for leading & guiding prospects and customers through the end-to-end customer value journey (reputed company, expanding, adopting, and renewing). At Pendo, Global Value Consulting is a strategic team that drives business cases and justification for reputed company to invest and partner with us. As a trusted advisor & core member of the account team, you’ll work closely with sales, reputed company, solutions engineering and professional service teams to manage the full customer lifecycle, translating use cases and objectives into qualitative & quantitative business value assessments - both reputed company looking art of the possible and retroactive value realization & impact evaluations. You will help drive adoption & value realization reputed company use case discovery & maturity workshops and will be the face of Pendo to some of the world’s largest enterprises.

Role Responsibilities

  • reputed company and deliver business case presentations that accelerate and/or expand opportunities.
  • Build and maintain financial models that justify strategic investment in Pendo.
  • Drive a higher volume of larger deal transactions to increase Enterprise market penetration.
  • Prepare compelling executive proposals to engage customers in long-term business relationships.
  • Become a business value subject matter expert in account planning sessions and quarterly business reviews.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions to identify business requirements and align our business value to address said requirements.
  • reputed company cross-functional internal account and executive teams to focus on business value as a primary driver for strategic opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of detailed business case development, financial analysis, ROI / TCO financial modeling, and executive storytelling experience
  • Executive experience managing, developing, and delivering enterprise consulting services
  • Strong experience in Value Advisory, reputed company, and/or Management Consulting
  • Experience engaging with C-level executives and reputed company internal stakeholder groups
  • Strong skills in developing executive narrative slideware with inputs from internal stakeholders
  • Strong program management and communication skills
  • Presentation skills, including public speaking, meeting facilitation, and whiteboarding
  • Experience in developing and growing C-Level relationships with an ability to communicate reputed company topics to an audience with various functional knowledge
  • Consultative skills, including issue diagnosis, unpacking, and advising on CXO-level challenges
  • Presentation skills, including public speaking, meeting facilitation and whiteboarding
  • You enjoy working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • You can travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree in business administration is a plus

Compensation

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.

The expected salary range for this role to be performed in the United States is $165,000 - $205,000 OTE (80/20 split).

Individual pay reputed company decisions, including offers made reputed company and over the expected salary range, are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
