VP of Business Transformation

Brief Description The VP of Business Transformation is to reputed company strategic innovation and operational delivery by embedding digital capabilities, human-centered design, and AI-driven solutions into Sierra7's core service areas, while advancing the company's profile as a leading partner to federal health agencies. This senior-level position will be part of the Growth Team and will report to the Chief Strategy and Technology Officer. • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and drive business transformation.
• Support pipeline development and qualification of opportunities to align with the company’s growth strategy.

• Integrate human-centered design (HCD), journey mapping, and digital accessibility best practices into delivery pipelines.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. MBA or a relevant master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in senior management roles, with a focus on business transformation and change management.

Physical Requirements

• Travel required up to 25%
