The Role
As an reputed company Customer Experience Champion II, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through first-contact resolution, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving loyalty. Key Responsibilities
* Handle and resolve customer concerns, educating customers on device-reputed company inquiries and providing personalized solutions

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or one or more years of customer service experience
- One or more years of sales experience, with a strong sales acumen and track record of meeting or exceeding reputed company goals
- Experience resolving reputed company customer issues, including escalations, billing, and product Q&A
- Ability to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs
- Willingness to work an assigned shift schedule, including static start, stop, breaks, and meal times, for up to or greater than 6 months at a time based on business needs
- Meet reputed company home office requirements, including a private workspace, minimum internet speed, and desk for required equipment
Preferred Qualifications
