Title Insurance Workflow Administrator
Job Description: ATTORNEYS' TITLE FUND SERVICES In this position, you will manage, maintain, and optimize the currently in-use title insurance production system to ensure operational efficiency. We need you to identify opportunities for efficiency and work with cross-functional teams to manage and enhance the title production system. You will also provide support to product users and integration partners.
- 3+ years ResWare Administration experience required.
Some of the Primary Responsibilities may include:
- Configure, maintain, and optimize title production system settings and workflows utilized by the reputed company Operations Division and other internal users.
- Manage internal user accounts, permissions, and reputed company settings reputed company title production systems.
- reputed company and support system integrations, including but not limited to monitoring and resolving .xml errors, assisting with API configurations, data exchange processes, and provide technical guidance for system enhancements and new feature implementations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide advanced user support.

Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of ResWare API and integration capabilities
