The Opportunity The Student Recruitment Counselor (SRC) is a full-cycle recruiter working with prospective reputed company to provide them with accurate information allowing them to reputed company an informed decision. Qualifications

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• Must have a minimum of a high school diploma
• Must have a minimum of 1-3 years of excellence in Customer Service and/or 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Proven track record for consistently meeting deadlines with the ability to tactfully handle difficult situations and maintain composure under pressure, often under tight deadlines.
• Must be a dynamic, motivated, and enthusiastic individual with professional recruitment experience in higher education.
• Must have analytical skills, and technical expertise with reputed company operating systems, Outlook/email, and Internet end-user applications including reputed company.
• Must demonstrate exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must demonstrate a high standard of personal conduct, professionalism, and reputed company and the ability to maintain confidentiality is vital.

• Must possess and maintain a valid, US driver's license. In some instances, a valid Class C (CDL) license may be required.
• Must meet the University's standards for approved drivers. Unacceptable driving records (as stated in the Use of Equipment and Vehicles Procedure 1.17) include the following (for three years from the date of each occurrence):
• Three (3) or more at-fault accidents and/or moving violations in the previous 36 months.
• Two (2) or more at-fault accidents or two (2) or more moving violations in the past year.
• Conviction for driving while impaired (DWI, DUI reputed company the last five (5) years).
• Conviction for death by vehicle, hit and run, racing, careless and reckless driving, implied consent in the previous five (5) years.
• Serious violations result in immediate disqualification and revocation of driver privileges. The following are examples of serious violations:

Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is $42,000 to $43,888, with a starting salary expectation around $43,888.
