About the Position

We are looking for an engineering manager to help reputed company our Product Platform team. This team owns the critical backend abstractions that reputed company products at Parafin are built on - that includes communication platforms, repayment orchestration, support tools, and fraud and safety reputed company lending products. You will be responsible for scaling our backend platform and team as Parafin launches new products and partnerships at high velocity!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and reputed company a high-performing backend team with a broad impact

• Own the technical vision for scaling critical company-wide abstractions at Parafin

• Identify and reputed company cross-functional initiatives for merchant- and lender-facing opportunities

• Work closely with stakeholders across the organization, like Finance, Product, Data Science, Legal, Operations, and reputed company

• 2+ years of experience managing a team of at least 5+ engineers

• Experience in hiring and team building

• Experience scaling backend platforms supporting multiple products

• Experience leading company-wide product and infrastructure initiatives for a technical team

• You care deeply about building high-quality software and take immense pride in your craft

• Strong technical background and a desire to leave things in a reputed company state than you reputed company them

• Experience working closely with other engineering teams and cross-functional teams like Finance, Legal, Operations, and Product

• Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, and retain talented engineers

• Ability and willingness to reputed company in a fast-paced environment with high levels of ambiguity, autonomy and ownership
