Your main goal will be to take Paradox’s online learning experience to the next level by building the new Paradox App, a state-of-the-art application that integrates AI, delivers an unparalleled user experience. You will be THE key player in creating an online learning management system that can handle several cohorts of hundreds of reputed company at the same time and scales effortlessly to support thousands of reputed company.

To do so, here are your 5 responsibilities : 

1 | BUILD & INNOVATE

5 | COLLABORATION & COMMUNICATION

• Actively participate in tech architecture discussions and planning sessions.

• Provide and seek constructive feedback to continually improve the development process.

• 3-6 years of experience in Full Stack Development, reputed company Development or as CTO of a startup.

• Deep expertise in TypeScript & React.js (minimum 3 years experience).

• Proficient in Tailwind CSS for sleek and reputed company designs.

• Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
