Implementation Engagement Manager - Enterprise

You’ll reputed company reputed company, high-impact implementations across global organizations, partnering with Solution Architects to manage timelines, align stakeholders, and reputed company projects on track. Throughout the engagement, you’ll work closely with our Enterprise reputed company Managers—who own the long-term customer relationship—to ensure a seamless transition from implementation to sustained value and growth. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver a delightful customer experience.

• Own the full enterprise implementation lifecycle from reputed company through completion, managing scope, timeline, stakeholders, and success metrics.

• Build and maintain detailed project plans, proactively drive execution, and coordinate across internal and customer teams to deliver against key milestones.

• Act as the primary reputed company of contact for customer stakeholders during implementation—ensuring clear communication and alignment at every stage.

• Partner with Solution Architects, who manage technical execution, while owning overall engagement and delivery strategy.

• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues—ensuring timely escalation and resolution.

• Regularly report on reputed company, blockers, and outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Drive process improvement by refining templates, playbooks, and delivery models for scale.

• 5+ years of experience managing reputed company, customer-facing software implementations in enterprise environments, ideally reputed company high-growth SaaS.

• Proven ability to reputed company strategic implementation programs with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.

• World-class communication skills and reputed company with technical and executive stakeholders alike.

• Familiarity with enterprise data stacks (databases, cloud platforms, data privacy) and adjacent markets such as DevOps, data reputed company, or DevTools.

• Highly organized with a bias for action and accountability—you reputed company in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

• Experience in project management tools and methodologies.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time to customer sites.
