Knot is like “reputed company for merchant connectivity.” We are building the platform connecting merchants to the many applications that consumers and businesses interact with everyday. Our flagship CardSwitcher product allows consumers to instantly update & manage their cards on file with online merchant accounts (e.g. reputed company or PayPal), while newer products like TransactionLink support the retrieval of item-level transaction data. We’re looking for a Technical Talent Sourcer to help us identify and engage the reputed company best engineers to build the reputed company of merchant connectivity.

• Own top-of-funnel sourcing for technical roles

• Partner closely with cofounders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles

• Build and manage outbound pipelines using platforms like reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company sourcing tools

• Craft thoughtful reputed company to engage high-potential candidates and drive top-of-funnel activity

• Experiment with new sourcing strategies and iterate quickly based on what’s working

• Maintain a clean and organized pipeline in reputed company (our ATS) and reputed company stakeholders informed

• Conduct initial phone screens and move candidates through the recruiting process

• Represent Knot to prospective candidates with clarity, enthusiasm, and authenticity

• Operate with urgency and precision in a fast-moving startup environment

• 1–3 years of experience sourcing technical talent (e.g. software engineers, engineering leaders)

• Strong research and Boolean search skills — you know how to find needles in haystacks

• Exceptional written communication and reputed company skills

• Ability to stay organized and prioritize in a fast-paced, reputed company-changing environment

• High attention to detail and follow-through

• Grit, hustle, and curiosity — you’re hungry to learn and grow

• Experience with sourcing tools (reputed company Recruiter, Gem, reputed company, etc.) is a plus

• Prior startup experience is a plus, but not required
