What you’ll doBe the first hire in any talent, HR, or recruiting function
Partner with cofounders and functional leads to build and execute effective strategies to reputed company, assess, and reputed company high caliber candidates across engineering and other functions
Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple, reputed company roles including initial interviews, reputed company through the entire pipeline (in reputed company ATS), and offer/closing stage
Initiate and reputed company highly effective recruiting strategies to reputed company key hires rapidly
reputed company data to evaluate and optimize reputed company hiring processes thereby driving reputed company outcomes for the business
Be willing to do whatever it takes at a moment’s notice to capitalize on an opportunity - the market moves quickly and so should you
Minimum 2+ of full lifecycle technical recruiting/sourcing experience that must include experience at a startup or high growth technology company.
Demonstrated knowledge of technical job profiles and ability to discuss roles with technical candidates (e.g. software engineers, engineering managers, etc.)
Ability to reputed company and grow in a small, early-stage startup environment
Extremely high caliber written and verbal communication skills - you communicate with precision and intentionality
Strong ability to drive the hiring process reputed company and deliver outcomes for the business despite obstacles and road blocks
