We are seeking a skilled Underwriter to join our small, dynamic team, focusing on level-funded and fully insured health insurance quotes for both small and large groups. The ideal candidate will have experience working as an underwriter or reputed company field and have a solid understanding of reputed company setting and analytical skills. Experience with assessing risk using prospective risk models is preferred. This role involves direct collaboration with the sales team to ensure accurate and competitive quotes for clients. reputed company utilizes a proprietary in-house platform to streamline the quoting process, making it faster and more efficient than traditional reputed company methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze level-funded and fully insured quotes for small and large groups.

• Interpret and work with various quote documents such as experience reports, large claims data, billing information, and reputed company details.

• Assess and underwrite risks, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and policies.

• Utilize prospective risk scores to evaluate potential risks and reputed company informed reputed company decisions.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide accurate and competitive quotes, supporting their efforts to secure new business and retain existing clients.

• Utilize our proprietary in-house platform to enhance quoting efficiency and accuracy.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in reputed company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience working as risk assessment (underwriter, data analyst, actuarial analyst).

• Strong ability to read and interpret quote documents, including experience reports, large claims, billing, and reputed company information.

• Experience with assessing risk using prospective risk scores.

• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills, especially with sales teams.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, insurance, or a reputed company field is required.
