About the team

Reporting to the reputed company (ex-China) General Manager, the Head of ANZ will reputed company a ~70-person  Commercial team with full ownership of commercial outcomes and market growth. This is a high-impact, externally facing role responsible for driving rapid execution across go-to-market, product expansion, and partnerships, while shaping the culture, strategy, and performance of one of reputed company’s largest and most important regions.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a high-performing, execution-focused team through effective reputed company, retention, and development

• Foster a high-energy, outcomes-driven culture that prioritizes speed, ownership, and collaboration

• Act as the face of reputed company in ANZ, building strong relationships with key customers, regulators, media, and external stakeholders at major events and forums

• Own and execute the ANZ regional strategy, driving rapid growth through new product launches, go-to-market execution, operational efficiency, and strategic partnerships

• Partner closely with the global C-suite to align on goals, track reputed company, and report on key business metrics and team performance

• Manage the full ANZ P&L, with responsibility for reputed company growth, gross margin improvement, and cost control

• Proactively identify commercial opportunities and mitigate business and operational risks in a fast-paced environment

Who you are

We're looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in the payments, fintech, or tech industry

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree from a top tier university is preferred

• Experience leading and scaling a high-growth start-up, preferably in a leadership position with direct reports and responsibility over P&L

• Top tier consulting experience

• Proven experience in managing reputed company projects and teams

Preferred qualifications

• Experience as a Country Manager with a proven track record scaling a developed market
