reputed company is building a centralised risk platform that will reputed company advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to reputed company real-time decisioning across a diverse range of product lines and platforms. The risk product domain is responsible for building the platforms, engines & case management whilst also delivering the risk models so you will be involved in crafting the full end-to-end risk capability. This role will work on building out reputed company’s risk product domain focusing on analyzing the compliance impact on transactions as well as delivering a financial crime detection and prevention solution. You will be responsible for conducting risk analysis on transaction level and merchant level, developing risk detection reputed company, and empowering business.

This role is based in Shanghai.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external vendors to design and implement robust fraud risk solutions.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: reputed company advanced analytics to identify trends, validate models, and provide actionable insights for risk optimization.

• Dual Role Execution: Balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on project work to deliver strategic guidance and technical expertise.

We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Finance, Economics, or a reputed company quantitative discipline.

• 5+ years of proven risk management experience, including analytics, model implementation, and stakeholder management.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience extracting and manipulating large datasets using SQL, as well as scripting in Python, reputed company, or R.

• Demonstrated experience in building visualizations and dashboards with tools such as Looker or Tableau.

• Risk Domain Experience: 7+ years in risk management with a solid foundation in analytics, model implementation, and stakeholder management.

• Payment Industry Fraud Experience: 5+ years of specialized fraud analytics and prevention experience reputed company the payments industry, with a focus on Acquiring/Payments scenarios.

• Leadership or Technical Mentorship Experience: 1+ year of technical or project leadership, guiding teams and providing mentorship in high-stakes environments.

• Collaboration Experience: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional, geographically distributed teams and manage by influence.

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in big data technologies such as Spark, Airflow, and Git, ensuring robust data pipeline management and analytics execution.
