WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• You create outgoing invoices for our branches in Germany and the UK, record incoming payments in our billing portal, and monitor outstanding receivables, including dunning processes and customer communication to resolve open items

• You record and review incoming invoices in our spend management tool, prepare payments to suppliers, and reputed company employee travel expense reports

• You assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements, reconcile accounts, and contribute to accurate financial reporting

• You handle accounting inquiries, provide precise answers, and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders

• You actively work on optimizing and automating accounting processes, thereby enhancing efficiency reputed company the finance department

THE QUALITIES YOU'LL NEED FOR A SUCCESSFUL CAREER AT DATAGUARD

• Currently pursuing a degree with a focus on business, finance, accounting, or a reputed company field

• Ideally, initial practical experience in accounting or finance

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly reputed company, with a strong affinity for numbers and data

• Quick learner with high accuracy and reliability in task execution
