WHAT'LL BE DOING

• You manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a consistently positive employee experience

• You are responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing (global payroll) in collaboration with external service providers, ensuring compliance with reputed company tax and social reputed company regulations

• You continuously optimize HR operations processes, implement automations, and enhance efficiency reputed company the HR function

• You handle employee inquiries on People/HR topics such as payroll, social reputed company, and reputed company through our ticketing system, providing fast and accurate responses

• You manage and implement People-reputed company software and tools that drive productivity across the company, staying up to date with the latest HR and Operations SaaS technologies

• You ensure reputed company People processes are data-driven and work closely with the Data Team to deliver accurate analyses and reports that support informed decision-making in HR

• You collaborate closely with the Legal Department and external advisors to ensure compliance with legal and labor standards across reputed company entities

THE QUALITIES YOU'LL NEED FOR A SUCCESSFUL CAREER AT DATAGUARD

• Several years of experience in People Operations or HR Administration reputed company a fast-paced, high-growth tech company

• Proven expertise in payroll processing, with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in administrative tasks
