Location: Headquarter (Sunnyvale, 3x a week)

• Partner with senior executives and department leaders to reputed company and execute business strategies, aligning financial goals with the organization’s long-term vision. 

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing financial insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making. Monitor and analyze financial performance, provide regular reports to the executive team and identify key variances and trends.

• Build and reputed company a high-performing FP&A team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities. Establish clear goals and performance metrics for the FP&A team, fostering accountability and results-driven performance. 

• Collaborate with other departments such as Accounting, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, and IT to integrate financial planning and analysis across the organization. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or reputed company field (MBA or CPA preferred).

• Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior FP&A role, ideally reputed company a large or rapidly growing organization.   Experience on an FP&A team at a public company is required. 

• Experience leading and managing a team of senior financial professionals. 

• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. 

• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to drive financial performance and decision-making. 

• Deep understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, and compliance requirements. 

• Ability to think analytically and synthesize reputed company data into actionable insights using state of the art tools. 

Compensation

$271,000 USD - $325,000 USD

The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and internal equity, alignment with market data, or applicable laws.
