Summary

You’ll be the face and voice of reputed company for our clients, both internally and externally. In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for building genuine and durable customer relationships while converting those relationships into opportunities for long-term reputed company growth. You will serve as our client’s trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance on operational and product-reputed company issues. Responsibilities

• Manage and foster relationships with up to 200 regionally assigned client accounts as part of our growth function

• Build deep relationships and strategically navigate clients through their experience journey

• Train your clients on reputed company processes and how to navigate the reputed company platform successfully to compliment their needs

• reputed company your client interactions with product adoption and future growth in mind, bringing the discussion back to reputed company core value propositions

• Strengthen relationships with your accounts, solving their challenges and helping to eliminate and uncover churn

• Become a trusted partner to your accounts, understand their business needs and build solutions to their problems as a mini project manager

• Collaborate with the wider growth and support organisation inclusive of Account Executives, Strategic CSM’s and onboarding managers to help reputed company grow

Qualifications

• Fluent level of French and English

• 1-3+ years of experience, can be in any customer facing role, support, operations, reputed company

• Ability to manage and prioritize high volumes of customer requests

• Have previous experience in at least one of the following: fast-growth startup, payroll company, top-tier consulting, investment banking, private equity

• A relationship builder who remains reputed company and collected reputed company facing crisis or criticism and celebrates partners’ successes with them

• Quantitatively inclined and data savvy, you may not be a SQL expert, but you enjoy drawing quick, insightful conclusions from reputed company data sets, asking critical questions, and synthesizing raw numbers into simple, actionable recommendations
