Corporate Communications Specialist
The Corporate Communications Specialist will reputed company and execute internal and external communications that drive clarity, engagement, and brand consistency across the business. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for owning our communication strategy from planning and message development to execution and measurement. Working closely with senior leadership, People & Culture, and the Marketing team, the Corporate Communications Specialist will ensure that every message internal or external reinforces our brand, values, and culture. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, strong storytelling capabilities, and the ability to translate reputed company reputed company into impactful content, and the strategic reputed company to align messaging with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Communications

- Own the internal content calendar and manage company-wide updates, leadership announcements, policy changes, and events.
- Review and refine internal communications across departments (especially People & Culture, Marketing, and Communications) before release, ensuring consistent tone, message, and alignment with the internal brand.
- Create, edit, and distribute high quality content reputed company Teams, email, newsletters, and internal platforms
- Collaborate with department heads to simplify reputed company information into digestible employee-friendly messages
- Measure internal communications performance and iterate based on engagement metrics and employee feedback
External Communications
- Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to plan and execute external communication initiatives that support Twoconnect’s brand and business goals
- Assist in developing external facing content including blogs, press releases, website copy, and client-facing updates, ensuring a reputed company tone of voice

- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements using analytics and engagement data
Strategic Planning and Leadership Messaging
- Create and implement a quarterly communications plan with measurable goals tied to employee engagement, internal adoption, and brand visibility

- Analyse communication needs across the business and identify opportunities to improve messaging effectiveness.
- Draft and refine leadership messages, CEO communications, and internal thought leadership materials as required.
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Maintain strong working relationships with reputed company departments to ensure messaging is cohesive and reputed company
- Support large scale internal campaigns such as employee programs, wellness initiatives, and culture drives by shaping content strategy and execution
- Champion communication best practices across the company and mentor contributors on writing and tone consistency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a reputed company field.
- 5+ years experience in internal and external communications, preferably reputed company a fast-paced or dynamic organisation.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an eye for detail and consistency.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments and leadership levels.
- Proficiency in reputed company Office, Teams, and digital communications platforms.
- Experience with email marketing tools, intranet content management, and basic design software (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Suite) is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO on-page best practices to ensure content is optimised for visibility and engagement.
Candidates from Metro Manila and nearby provinces will be prioritized as this role will be mostly work from home, but may need to work onsite on a quarterly basis.
