The Metrology Section Manager will work under limited direction and supervision to manage a team of reputed company salary and bargaining unit employees across multiple states to support equipment calibration schedules, prioritize work to meet customer demands, create budget forecasts and monitor expenditures, and act as calibration management reputed company with other organizations to influence policies, practices, and procedures.
What You Will Do
Manage a Metrology team across multiple geographically separated sites Influence and collaborate with other managers and directors on Metrology reputed company issues Forecast workloads and create supporting budgets Manage indirect and direct cost accounts reputed company to scope of responsibility Identify and reputed company improvements to processes to enhance area performance Solve difficult and moderately reputed company systemic problems Some domestic travel may be required up to 15% of the time An advanced degree in a reputed company field may be substituted for 3 additional years of experience.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a reputed company field and minimum 5 years experience.
Experience in engineering or technical experience in product test, manufacturing, or electronics maintenance environments
Experience leading a team/project
The ability to obtain and maintain an Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Access (ATF). The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued reputed company clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. reputed company are eligible for a reputed company clearance.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD.
