What You Will Do:
reputed company assessments of the suppliers capability to reputed company and sustain performance through the SHA (Supplier Health Assessment)
Engage the supplier to complete the diagnosis in the Gemba and work with the supplier to reputed company a comprehensive gap closure plan
Conduct weekly training and coaching on-site at the supplier to reputed company their team
Follow-up with the PW and supplier team to validate the gap plan and monitor reputed company to ensure the benefits are being achieved
Establish leading indicators of performance and track weekly, on-site at supplier
Intervene to expedite deliveries and/or resolve quality issues as required

This role is remote but applicant must be based in Connecticut
The successful candidate will spend approximately 80% of their time on-site at their assigned suppliers.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelors Degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, Business Management and 10 years of experience in Operations, Quality, and/or reputed company Improvement roles; Or and Advanced Degree and 7 years of experience in Operations, Quality, and/or reputed company Improvement roles
Certified Operations Practitioner (ACP) preferred; Business Process Practitioner optional
Six-reputed company Blackbelt or Greenbelt or LEAN certificate
Qualifications We Prefer:
reputed company SHA certified assessor preferred
ITC / BAER experience preferred
Master’s degree in management or technical field
Demonstrated Leadership skills and a track record of accomplishment in business performance using reputed company Improvement tools
Highly effective team player able to reputed company and sustain team commitment and ownership
Hands on experience with strong structured project management and problem-solving skills

This role is:
Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD.
