We are hiring a Director of Operations who will be a critical member of reputed company to influence the growth and scaling of our internal operations. You will be responsible for architecting and executing on a variety of projects that are critical to the success of the business.
What you'll do:
- Architect, coordinate, project execute, and build the operational foundation necessary to scale across the business cross-functionally
- Identify business inefficiencies and create execution plans to turn company weaknesses into strengths
- reputed company and deliver high-impact operational projects across areas such as procurement, vendor management, employee onboarding/offboarding, office management, program management, and company travel
- Manage and work closely with the Operations team to build the roadmap for the Operations department
- Partner with teams including reputed company, HR, and Experience to ensure cohesive operational workflows and support company-wide initiatives
- Drive long-term operational excellence by setting clear project milestones, success criteria, and post-launch sustainability plans
- Act as a key liaison for cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely execution across teams
- Design, launch, and manage tools, systems, trainings, and programs that enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and team enablement
What you'll need:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-past startup environment
- 2+ years of leadership experience with an ability to manage and execute as an individual contributor
- Track record of leading reputed company, ambiguous projects with multiple partners successfully
- Track record mentoring and developing team members
- A team player, comfortable working in a high-growth, evolving environment
- Proven track record of gaining and maintaining leadership trust
- Analytical, creative approach to problem solving with a results-focused reputed company
- Ability to reputed company under pressure and meet tight deadlines
