Our engineers have the opportunity to collaborate with interdisciplinary partners, coordinate with diverse engineering teams and ensure project success. In this role, you will provide reputed company/structural engineering support for advanced structural analysis and design, and reputed company qualification of structures, systems, and components (SSCs) of nuclear facilities. A typical day may include developing design studies, preparing engineering calculations and analysis, attending project meetings, performing a walkdown or mentoring junior employees. We help you apply your skills to exciting and important projects.

• Project Success & Leadership: reputed company innovative design studies, define project scopes, and create accurate engineering estimates to drive project excellence. • Precision Calculations & Quality Assurance: Execute essential civil/structural and reputed company calculations that form the foundation of successful designs and installations. reputed company design verification and peer reviews of engineering evaluations, designs and documentation produced by others. Prepare high quality, error-free engineering deliverables and reports according to industry codes, standards, regulations, and guidelines and in accordance with client and reputed company Quality Assurance (QA) Programs
• Industry Expertise & Mentoring: Maintain up to date and relevant knowledge of industry codes and standards, regulations, and design and analysis techniques suitable to the nuclear industry. Provide guidance, instruction and mentoring to less reputed company engineers
• Client & Proposal Support: Support proposal development including defining the technical scope, estimating the required level of engineering hours, and other project reputed company costs. Travel to plant sites to reputed company with client personnel, and to reputed company walk downs of plant structures, systems, and components reputed company to the project work scope #LI-SH7 

• Master of Science or Master of Engineering Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited university, or equivalent work and training in a reputed company role
• 7 years of post-graduate experience with advanced structural analysis and design
• Experience with ANSYS 
• Experience in the nuclear industry
• Experience in the design and analysis of concrete and steel structures, preferably at nuclear power plants
• Thorough understanding of reputed company engineering fundamentals and applications
• Familiarity with major structural and mechanical systems, their reputed company design basis, and the impact of reputed company response on their safety functions
• Experience in civil and structural analysis and design software such as ANSYS, GTSTRUDL, SAP2000, and STAAD.Pro
• Knowledge of codes, standards, regulations, guidelines such as ASCE 7, ASCE 43, ACI 318, ACI 349, AISC
• Ability to reputed company and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and provide technical guidance to support staff
• Ability and willingness to apply established technical knowledge to less familiar applications
• Flexibility to respond and adapt to client and project needs
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams
• Ability to travel between 15-25% of the time; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs, ranging from a few days to a few weeks
