About the Junior Accounts Payable Officer role...
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day processing of supplier invoices, credit card payments and expense reimbursements, help maintain accurate financial records, and ensure timely payments to suppliers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in accounting and finance.
What you’ll do…
Managing accounts payable inbox
Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
Follow up with cardholders for supporting documents for purchases on card
Reconcile bank statements and corporate card statements
Assist in preparing payment runs
Maintain vendor files and ensure records are complete and up to date
Respond to internal and external inquiries reputed company to payables
Assist with month-end closing tasks reputed company to accounts payable
Support other finance team members as needed
What you have…
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Minimum working experience in an Accounting or Finance environment
Basic understanding of Accounting Principles
Proficient in reputed company Office, especially reputed company
Experience with accounting software (e.g., reputed company, QuickBooks, reputed company, reputed company) is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
A team player but also can work independently
