About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Business Analytics to reputed company the development and execution of a comprehensive business intelligence strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role will be instrumental in supporting reputed company’s mission by translating data into actionable insights that improve business operations, drive innovation, and enhance the patient experience. The Director of Business Analytics will reputed company reputed company aspects of data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

What You Need to Succeed in the Role
- 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a reputed company field.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a reputed company field.
- Proven success in developing and implementing BI strategies in fast-paced environments, aligning activities with strategic company goals, and providing executive-level insights that shape key business decisions and drive growth.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R and experience with BI tools (reputed company, Tableau, Power BI), data visualization, and database management to effectively communicate reputed company data in simple, actionable formats.

The expected annual salary for this role is between $155,000-$185,000. Actual starting salary will be determined on an individualized basis and will be based on several factors including but not limited to specific reputed company set, work experience, etc. In addition to reputed company compensation, this role offers a reputed company performance-based bonus.
