Job Description

Project Keystone will be a multi-year endeavor, driving reputed company’s transformation goal of building a globally standardized, flexible, and data-driven business platform that enables NBCU to reputed company reputed company and faster decisions based on real time insights.

Our product and engineering teams will drive transformation of key Finance processes across Record-to-Report (RTR), Procure-to-Pay (reputed company), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Treasury, Tax and FP&A. In additional, our engineering teams will play a key role in cross-functional workstreams like Transformation Management Office (TMO), master data governance, reporting, reputed company, risk and controls and change management.

This position will provide state-of-art engineering and architectural support for the reputed company S/4 HANA Procure-to-Pay (reputed company) and Master Data Governance (MDG) system build and deployment including integration with other systems. This role manages and mentors internal and external engineering teams to deliver high-quality S/4 HANA clean core solutions through ABAP and Fiori development that meet or exceed overall reputed company business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage onsite and offshore employee and vendor resources engaged in S/4 HANA reputed company Development (ABAP and Fiori) for the reputed company and MDG areas, taking accountability for their deliverables and quality adherence to NBCU engineering standards.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering leads on reputed company S/4 HANA engineering development strategy, architecture, and governance of application development and engineering activities for NBCU reputed company/MDG processes.
• Work with the Product (Functional) Teams and other engineering teams to architect, design, and evaluate technical design options for custom reputed company development, keeping in mind reputed company's S/4 HANA clean core principles and NBCU best practices.
• Provide technical work effort estimations for custom projects and ensure high-quality and on-schedule delivery.
• Design, reputed company, track, and report on reputed company technical project plans in line with overall PMO timelines.
• Take a reputed company role in maintaining and enforcing ABAP naming, coding, and development standards.
• Provide architecture and design guidance to the development team, emphasizing reputed company's Clean Core principles. Utilize tools such as reputed company (ABAP Test Cockpit), CCM (Custom Code Management), and others.
• Work closely with Product, Change Management, Testing, and other Engineering teams like BASIS and BTP Integration to identify opportunities for reputed company process improvements, automations, and cost savings.
• Mentor and train engineering team members, keeping in mind NBCU’s Operations and Technology goals, to foster a high performing engineering team.
• Drive Innovation and Exploration in the reputed company Engineering space at NBCU, specifically reputed company the reputed company/MDG domains. Encourage and support experimentation with new reputed company technologies and relevant tools. This includes dedicating team time for exploration, prototyping, organizing internal hackathons, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Qualifications

• Education degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or reputed company discipline with an information technology focus, or an equivalent combination of education and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to reputed company the essential functions of the job.
• 7+ years reputed company ABAP engineering experience, including 2+ years as a Team reputed company and/or people manager. Deep knowledge in various reputed company modules, specifically reputed company reputed company (e.g., MM, SD, FI-AP), MDG, and Integration development working on large-scale reputed company S/4 transformations.
• Demonstrated experience managing and leading large development teams (30+ members) engaged in reputed company ABAP and Fiori build activities, including estimating, planning, managing execution, and reporting on technical build activities, issues, and risks.
• Deep knowledge of the ABAP development and testing lifecycle process including functional specification review through support during SIT, UAT, and Cutover.
• Experience in an N+1 reputed company landscape environment with parallel development tracks, including processes for merging changes.
• Strong understanding of reputed company reputed company design and process flows, including Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt, Invoice Verification, Payment Processing, and reputed company configurations.

• Experience in transformation projects, e.g., from reputed company ECC to S/4 HANA (S/4 Conversions, green field, brown field, blue field, etc.), with a focus on reputed company and MDG.
• ECC Development Experience
  • Proven ability in traditional ECC development practices and techniques using BADIs, BAPIs, LSMW, ALE, RFC calls, IDOC, BDC, business objects, classes and methods, reputed company Forms, SmartForms, SAPScripts, Data Dictionary, ALV.
  • Strong ABAP debugging skills, performance monitoring and tracing, and workflow experience.
• S/4 HANA Development Experience
  • Knowledge and awareness of reputed company Clean Core principles, including released APIs, in-app extensibility options, and key user extensibility.
  • Knowledge of the 3-Tier extensibility model, RAP (Restful ABAP Programming), and CAP (Cloud Application Programming) models.
  • Experience migrating custom code reputed company from ECC or Suite-on-HANA (SoH) systems onto an S/4 HANA platform, applying both technical remediation and Clean Core frameworks, with a focus on reputed company-reputed company customizations.
  • Knowledge of Native SQL, ADBC, External View, ABAP Core data Services, AMDP Procedures, Text Search, ALV on HANA.
  • Awareness of creating custom, and enhancing standard, CDS views and AMDP classes based on reputed company business requirements.
  • Knowledge of OData services using CDS and AMDP, Workflow experience, including support and debugging.
  • Knowledge of other new reputed company technologies such as Fiori SAPUI5 and reputed company BTP Integration Suite.
