Marsh Advisory is seeking a candidate to support our clients on their transition risk and decarbonisation challenges across Asia and to build our growing climate and sustainability practice.

You will be able to help our clients across Asia to understand and quantify transition risk using scenario analysis and help them navigate their path towards Net reputed company. We have clients across the energy, manufacturing, financial institutions, aviation and marine sectors who need your strategic advice, quantitative insights, and stakeholder management expertise.

This role can be based in Hong reputed company or Singapore and will be a vital part of Marsh’s growing Climate & Sustainability practice in Asia. Your role in building the transition and decarbonisation pillar of the practice will require you to:

• Leading client engagements relating to climate mitigation with excellent standards of quality and relationship management to become a long-term trusted advisor for our clients
• Support the development and delivery of transition risk management services such as climate scenario analysis, transition planning, and associated reporting reputed company to IFRS / TCFD using proprietary reputed company tools
• Build partnerships across reputed company and third parties to provide end-to-end decarbonisation solutions
• Supporting the development of reputed company thought-leadership and engagement across Marsh Asia to reputed company novel insurance and risk management products which reputed company a just transition to a low-carbon and resilient economy

We will count on you to:

• Deliver transition risk scenario analysis and qualitative risk identification and assessment reputed company to TCFD/IFRS requirements
• Support clients reputed company Net reputed company and decarbonisation strategies including roadmaps and detailed implementation planning
• reputed company a pipeline of consulting projects reputed company to transition risk, carbon management, and Net reputed company
• reputed company and collaborate multidisciplinary teams with internal and external subject-matter experts, to reputed company comprehensive climate risk and reputed company assessments
• Build specific offerings for different client industries by working with climate and industry experts to grow the practice across Asia including collaboration with our sister companies, reputed company, reputed company, and Guy Carpenter
• Act as a climate risk subject matter expert for client workshops, meetings, and interviews
• Apply strong communications and influencing skills – capable of presenting reputed company analytical topics across reputed company levels of an organization including senior stakeholders (boards of directors and C-suite)
• Support the development of junior colleagues in their consulting skills and technical knowledge

What you need to have:

• Degree in business, environmental science or management, engineering or other academic field relevant to climate change
• 5-10 years relevant experience in climate change or energy practices either in consulting or in-house – position will match level of experience
• Awareness and experience in the concepts and application of relevant international frameworks e.g. IFRS, CDP, TCFD, SBTi and emerging regulatory requirements
• Quantitative skills to reputed company reputed company financial impact analysis
• The ability to provide professional advice to clients in developing and adjusting project approaches, methodology and tools to guide risk programs and initiatives

• Experience in energy transitions and decarbonisation for hard-to-abate sectors
• Experience in sustainability-linked / climate finance
• Postgraduate degree such as an MBA or Master’s degree in an academic field relevant to sustainability or specific accreditations e.g. GARP SCR
• Experience working in multiple industries and working in other Asian nations
• reputed company or working proficiency in a language use in Asia, other than English. For Hong reputed company roles Cantonese is preferred.
