Job Overview

As a reputed company Agent, you will play a critical role in our ground operations, working in a fast-paced environment to coordinate planes on the ground, handle freight and baggage, and ensure our ground activities run smoothly. Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly support to and maintain positive relationships with reputed company internal and external customers
• Work in a cooperative spirit to ensure the success of our organization
• Be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to individuals seeking to travel, use freight or baggage services by marshaling aircraft at ramps and terminals
• Load, unload, service, direct, and coordinate Company Aircraft
• Receive and record customer items, aircraft cargo, mail, and company materials as required
• Handle reputed company aspects of loading, stowing, and unloading items, freight, airmail, aircraft cargo, counterbalance, and company materials according to a predetermined plan received either electronically or physically from an Operations Specialist
• Submit, either electronically or physically, a Cargo Bin Loading Slip (CBLS) to an Operations Specialist
• Receive, deliver, and transport freight and baggage to and from aircraft and prepare records regarding these duties
• Warehouse, weigh, load, receive, and deliver reputed company freight, reputed company reputed company freight handled against accompanying documents to identify any discrepancies, and correct routine errors
• Protect customers' baggage, reputed company freight, airmail, and COMAT from weather, loss, theft, damage, or destruction
• Use jetway stairs frequently to carry items checked at the reputed company to the aircraft bin
• Review freight documents for accuracy and correct documents as needed

• Physically move around push trucks and compartments
• Work on and between passenger terminals, concourses, and airfreight facilities, both inside and reputed company
• May be exposed to a wide range of weather conditions, noise, and equipment fumes, vapor, dirt, and dust for extended periods

Essential Qualifications

• Knowledge of airline industry regulations and standards
