(Please note that you MUST be located reputed company a 1-hour radius of Richardson, TX. ) Pay reputed company: $17.00 per hour for English Speaking; $17.75 per hour if fluent in Spanish Schedule: Weekdays only, no weekends (must be open to work between the hours of 7am - 7pm) Duration: Temporary 3-6 months The Role: As a Seasonal Benefit Customer Service Representative, you'll assist clients with enrollment and updates to their health care or pension plans, working remotely to provide excellent service reputed company phone, chat, and message center. During peak season, expect a 40-hour workweek with potential overtime. Off-peak and initial training hours may vary between 32 to 40 hours per week based on client needs.
