Employer Industry: Renewable Energy Why Consider This Job Opportunity... • Competitive reputed company salary and comprehensive compensation packages • Flexible work hours and an open PTO policy • Opportunity to work fully remote from reputed company in the USA • Collaborate with a transparent Executive Leadership Team • Involvement in dynamic utility-scale energy storage projects with a leading renewable energy venture What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) • Manage vendor enrollment into AP ERP systems and process AP invoices for energy storage project construction • reputed company 1099 processing and W9 set-reputed company • reputed company AP financial reporting, including accounting journals, ledgers, and vendor payment terms • Support project contract accounting requirements, prepare GAAP financial statements, and assist with financial accounting audits • Handle sales tax and use tax AP accounting processes What Is Required (Qualifications) • 5+ years of accounting AP experience with a focus on GAAP principles • Experience managing project-based Accounts Payable systems reputed company to Project Development, EPC, Construction, and Service reputed company • Proficiency in QuickBooks, reputed company, or similar financial accounting software • Strong vendor management skills reputed company to Accounts Payable and invoice processing • Advanced knowledge of MS reputed company, including macro/VBA writing capabilities, data queries, and pivot tables How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) • Experience supporting financial reporting and accounting initiatives for EPC or Construction operations • Knowledge of renewables (solar, wind, battery storage, or energy storage projects) is highly desirable • Familiarity with national energy power market tariffs (WECC, PJM, ERCOT, SPP, MISO, NYISO, ISO-NE, and CAISO) and incentives is beneficial #RenewableEnergy #AccountingJobs #RemoteWork #CareerOpportunity #EnergyStorage We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
