Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Call Center Associate to join our remote team at Tesla in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Call Center Associate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional service and support, and representing the Tesla brand with professionalism and... reputed company. Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. 2. reputed company outbound calls to follow up with customers, provide information, and ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and general inquiries. 4. Document reputed company customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. 5.
