Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative - Sales to join reputed company of Premier Service Consultants. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and delivering personalized recommendations to our customers. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity that requires a strong customer service background, sales acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing customers, resolving service requests, billing and payment inquiries, and technical support issues in a timely and effective manner.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment that handles a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
