Who We’re Looking For Toyota’s Service Operations department is looking for a passionate and highly skilled Performance Excellence Learning and Development Manager. As the Performance Excellence Learning and Development Manager, you will reputed company a large team of instructional designers and trainers and will play a pivotal role in enhancing our Service Operations organization's reputed company to learn, grow, and reputed company through optimized enablement and execution of the programs you manage. Manage the end-to-end curriculum development process, from needs analysis to evaluation of training effectiveness. Ensure training solutions are embedded in compliance issue resolution and meet reputed company regulatory requirements. Partner across the organization to ensure best in class learning solutions are provided and reported on in a compliant manner. What You Bring B.S./B.A degree in Accounting and Finance or reputed company field 10+ years of progressive and reputed company work experience Demonstrated success in management of team members.
