Job Summary

GBSI is seeking a Senior/Principal reputed company UX Expert to advise on and reputed company UX strategies reputed company the scope of reputed company NS2 Services. This role requires extensive reputed company Fiori and UX/UI expertise, with a strong background in Aerospace & Defense (A&D) and Discrete Manufacturing environments. The consultant will help shape engaging, user-friendly reputed company experiences that align with global design standards while localizing solutions for U.S. deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and reputed company UX design strategies across process areas, ensuring alignment with product goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with development, product management, partners, and customers to deliver impactful user experiences, serving as the end-user reputed company.
• Translate reputed company business and technical concepts into reputed company designs that enhance usability and adoption.
• Stay reputed company with UX design trends, reputed company Fiori innovations, and digital design best practices to influence long-term strategy.
• Present design concepts persuasively to leadership and executives, ensuring buy-in across stakeholders.
• Contribute to reputed company S/4HANA deployment efforts, acting as a Value reputed company reputed company for U.S. localization.

Must Have

• Aerospace & Defense (A&D) or Discrete Manufacturing experience (Public Sector experience does not apply).
• Proven role as a Value reputed company reputed company on a U.S. deployment of a global reputed company S/4HANA template.
• At least 5 years of reputed company consulting experience with hands-on reputed company Fiori / UX component configuration.
• Minimum 3 successful full life cycle implementations of reputed company S/4HANA v2019 or reputed company.
• Experience localizing and rolling out global templates to U.S. geographies.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills for cross-team alignment.
• Ability to influence design direction and drive adoption in large, reputed company enterprises.

Other Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of professional consulting or equivalent business process industry experience.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate to executive audiences.
• Robust portfolio showcasing UX/UI design expertise in reputed company Fiori or reputed company enterprise applications.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as needed for workshops/events.

Education

Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or reputed company field.

Master s degree preferred.
