Job Description We are seeking passionate and experienced educators to join our team as Learning Coaches. As a virtual school offering tailored education solutions for K-12 students across the country, we prioritize providing a supportive and flexible learning environment for both our students and staff... Responsibilities Facilitate learning experiences for students across various subjects, catering to individual learning styles and needs. Provide guidance and support to students and families engaged in homeschooling, with a focus on meeting state standards and academic goals. Collaborate with families to customize curriculum and educational plans to suit each student's unique learning journey. Foster a positive and engaging online learning environment conducive to student success. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of virtual teaching experience. Experience in homeschooling or special education is highly desirable. Master's degree in education or relevant field is required. Valid teaching certificate. Strong understanding of different learning styles and ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly. Benefits Flexible part-time contracting opportunities. Competitive hourly pay ranging from $20.00 to $80.00. Referral program available for additional incentives. Schedule Choose your own hours, with expected hours ranging from 2 to 20 per week.
