HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED • Bachelors degree required. Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred • 10 years of experience required with a minimum of five years of experience in scheduling for an reputed company or General Contractor, preferably working on healthcare, educational facilities or public works projects. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Superior organizational and planning skills. • Ability to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staff. • Understanding of theories, principles and practices of cost engineering, scheduling and schedule forensics. • Proficiency in the latest version of Primavera P6 and MS Office Suite. • Travel as required. The salary range for this position is $88,605 to $108,500 annually; actual compensation will depend on the location and experience of the final candidate. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
