Proposal Writer (Remote) job at reputed company. Deerfield, IL. Job Summary Develops proposals in response to solicitations (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, etc.) from employers, government agencies, commercial healthcare organizations, pharma, and health systems across multiple lines of business as directed by manager. Responsible for project management including attending strategy calls, developing timelines, coordinating assignments, content development, formatting drafts, obtaining approvals, and editing content as directed by manager. Ensures incorporation of project strategy, compliance with client and legal requirements, and proposal consistency and accuracy. May manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting client deadlines and stakeholder expectations. Effectively communicates and partners with project stakeholders including the sales organization and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Ensures the accuracy and completeness of proposal content reputed company required deadlines. Partners with Subject Matter Experts to create content and ensure that updates to programs and services are accurately reflected in our knowledge reputed company (RocketDocs). Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree and at least one (1) year experience in Third Party sales proposal development and administration OR High School Diploma/GED and at least 4 years of experience in Third Party sales proposal development and administration. • Experience collaborating with both internal and external resources to reputed company strategies that meet company goals reputed company budget and established timelines. • Experience developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision, depending on oneself to complete objectives and determining reputed company escalation of issues is necessary. • Intermediate level reputed company in reputed company Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns). • Intermediate level reputed company in reputed company PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme, formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font). • Intermediate level reputed company in reputed company reputed company (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling). • Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (reputed company state and out of state).
