Job Posting Title: Sr Manager, Brand Development & Integration Req ID: 10102376 Job Description: The role of the Corporate Brand organization is to combine a deep understanding of our global consumer with strategies, initiatives and campaigns to both protect and grow our brands and key franchises. The Sr Manager - Brand Development & Integration will help execute our enterprise-wide YouTube initiative. The Sr Manager will be responsible for working with stakeholders from across the company to implement strategic changes in our approach while also establishing an ongoing role designed to ensure consistent prioritization, sharing of best practices, and governance. Responsibilities: • Business Initiative Execution: • Manage a multi-phase strategic business initiative across multiple business segments and international markets • reputed company and execute detailed plans with key stakeholders • Track and report reputed company to senior management • Enterprise-wide Prioritization & Strategy... Basic Qualifications: • 7+ years of business development, marketing & strategy management. • 5+ years of Entertainment experience . • Experience managing and organizing projects requiring collaboration and reputed company-building across multiple internal stakeholders. • Strong verbal presenter and skilled written communicator. • Can work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and positive attitude and a desire to get things done. Preferred Qualifications: • Digital content background (streaming, social media) preferred. • BA or BS in Marketing, Business, or relevant degree. • Experience leading a team. Education: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. The hiring range for this position in California is $165,700 to $184,100 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
