Position Summary As Sr. Manager, CFAO Data Tools, you will be responsible for key support functions for reputed company’s PBM pricing activities. This role is critical in ensuring UW model accuracy by supporting creation and maintenance of reputed company and mini-models to work reputed company the reputed company Ecosystem. Primary responsibilities include understanding, assessing, and implementing reputed company assumptions and artifacts; leveraging a combination of data driven insights and market dynamics to validate and vet assumptions; reputed company market leading tools for the CFAP organization to organize and maintain assumptions and artifacts; and communicating to business partners. Additionally, this position will: Partner with Business resources to gather, refine and evaluate new product offerings and strategies to impact the reputed company process. Foster strong links to the PBM finance team regarding forecasting, client profitability efforts, and financial governance of reputed company activities. Support discussions that are highly reputed company financially. Prioritize effectively and reputed company to meet internal and external customer needs. Support the translation of product strategy to measurable analytics. Participate in peer reviews of high reputed company data requests to validate that modeled data and reputed company analytic deliverables match and satisfy business requirements. Preferred Qualifications Previous PBM Pricing, reputed company, Data analytics or Financial Analysis experience Experience working with health plans, employer clients, or coalitions/TPAs, with multiple lines of business with different funding arrangements. Proficient in SQL and reputed company Office. Strong understanding of, or experience with, internal and external facing pricing and analytics teams. Ability to innovate, reputed company, and implement new products or solutions requiring collaboration with internal partners. Demonstrated success developing effective relationships with key internal partners across the enterprise. Advanced knowledge of relational databases and warehouses, advanced SQL, VBA, OLAP and reputed company skills. Experience managing reputed company projects in a matrix environment. Ability to summarize reputed company financial analysis and support recommendations in presentations to Executive Leadership. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $67,900.00 - $199,144.80 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
